STEP 2: Once you've created an account, fill out this form to request tax-exempt status. (By law, tax exempt status applies only when an institution pays the publisher directly.)
STEP 3: Wait 24-48 hours for an email or phone confirmation that your organization has been given tax-exempt status. (Need it sooner? Call us at 800-777-3764.)
STEP 4: Place your order. (Once your account has been given tax-exempt status, you will not need to request it again when placing subsequent orders.)
