Q.) Do you accept purchase orders?
A.) Yes, we do accept valid school purchase orders. Please email it to customerservice@frog.com or fax it to 352-588-0863.
Q.) What payment options do you accept?
A.) Purchase Order, credit card, or payment by check - US Funds Only. Website orders are by credit card order only. We accept AMEX, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.
Q.) How can I obtain a quote?
A.) Simply search for the product(s) you’d like to order, and click “Add to Quote” on the product page rather than “Add to Cart.” If you’ve already added products to your shopping cart, click on the “CART” icon to the top right of our website, then click “View Cart.” Click on the “Cart to Quote” button beneath the checkout button. You’ll be asked to provide your contact details. Once complete, click “Submit Quote.” We will email your quote within 2 business days.
Q.) Where do I send my purchase order?
A.) You can email it to us at customerservice@frog.com (preferable since emails are a bit more reliable) or fax it to us at 352-588-0863. You can also mail a PO or check to:

Q.) You're not on our vendor list. Now what?
A.) We have many ways for you to purchase!
If your school or district uses BuyBoard, we are a BuyBoard vendor under proposal #653-21 - Instructional Materials, Classroom/Teaching Supplies & Equipment. We are a vendor with many co-ops. If you are unsure if we are an approved vendor with your district or one of the co-ops or regional service centers your district is a member of, please give us a call at 800-777-3764 and press 3 in the option menu.
We are a sole source provider of our materials. They can only be purchased at www.frog.com, or by calling Frog Publications directly at 800-777-3764. We have a sole source affidavit we can send to your purchasing department to become a sole source vendor with your district or school. A sole source affidavit may be obtained by calling Jennifer Bell at 800-777-3764 x 206 or email bids@frog.com.

Q.) How much is shipping and handling?
A.) We ship via UPS or Priority Mail (our choice):
48 contiguous UNITED states: $9 for orders under $70. 15% for orders $70 and over.
ALASKA & HAWAII: $9 for orders under $70. 15% on orders $70 and over.
INTERNATIONAL: For international shipping rates or expedited shipping, call us at 800-777-3764 or 352-588-2082, email customerservice@frog.com, or fax 352-588-0863.
Q.) What are your hours of operation?
A.) We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. But, you can always go to our website at www.frog.com which is available 24/7!
Q.) Can parents/homeschooling parents order your materials?
A.) Yes, parents can order any of our products. Place your order online using a credit card, by mail using a check, or give us a call at 800-777-3764. We'll be happy to help
